Delivery and Returns 

We have a fast and effective delivery service. If your order is over £30 then delivery is free to UK Mainland (Excluding Northern Ireland) with a £5 delivery charge to all UK mainland territories (Excluding Aberdeenshire, Inverness, Isle of Wight)

Delivery to offshore territories within the UK will now be £30, this includes Northern Ireland and the Isle of man, this change has been made due to the current hike in fuel and offshore surcharges applied to us by our courier, we apologise to our customers within these territories for any inconvenience caused, A full refund and order cancellation will be made if the incorrect shipping cost is selected at checkout. Orders to Aberdeenshire, Inverness and the Isle of Wight will also be more than the standard due to the same reason, please select the correct shipping method at checkout thank you. 

Once you have placed your order we will pack and ship within 48 working hours. We use the DPD LOCAL Standard Class Delivery unless otherwise stated. 

Please be advised that our courier is not able to leave parcels with a neighbor or in a safe place as the parcel will need to be signed for since the products we sell are 18+ so make sure you are at home during the 48 hour delivery period we offer, two attempts will be made, after this the parcel will be returned to us and you must contact us on our in house mobile number: 07359247209, please state your address, postcode and order number in the message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  A refund will be made for the cost of the goods for you to make a re-order if you wish. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs if delivery has been made.

Non-UK, European and International Orders

We can deliver outside of the UK, please contact us via email to arrange. 


Once you have placed your order you are not able to cancel it. You have the right to return items within 14 days of the purchase date, providing they are unused, sealed in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods. Once we have received your returned item(s) we will refund you the full cost of the goods excluding any delivery or return fees, within 14 days and using the same means of payment as used for your original transaction. If the returned goods are in an unsaleable condition we may make a deduction accordingly for the loss of value of the goods from the amount we reimburse you.
