Every 100 points you earn gets you £1. Your first reward will be available after earning 100 Reward Points.

How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming points is simple. You just need to convert your points in to a checkout code and then apply it to your order. Follow the steps below and get saving!
Click Widget
Sign in to your account and open the red 'Rewards' widget at the bottom of your screen. Then, click 'Ways to redeem'. Your first reward will be available after earning 100 Reward Points.
Set Amount
Click 'Redeem' and select the amount of points you'd like to turn in to a discount by moving the slider right or left (can only convert whole £'s). Once you're happy, press 'Redeem'.
Apply Code
You now have a discount code that you can copy and paste in the promo box at checkout, or you can hit the 'Apply code' button and it'll be automatically applied to checkout for you.

- The Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ program is only applicable to the vapingdirect.com website from 24/03/2025
- You can only acquire or use Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ when you are logged in to your account at vapingdirect.com.
- Only one Vaping Direct account is allowed per billing address - we reserve the right to merge and/or delete multiple accounts under the same address.
- Any Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ allocated are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to any other person/account nor exchanged for cash.
- Vaping Direct reserves the right to flag up, suspend or delete any account where the account holder is deemed to be abusing the Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ scheme in any way. This includes but is not limited to setting duplicate accounts at vapingdirect.com.
- Vaping Direct accepts no liability for Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ or loyalty scheme accounts that have been misused by the account holder.
- Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ cannot be credited to guest checkout orders. It is up to the account holder to ensure that they are correctly logged in to vapingdirect.com when placing an order.
- Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested.
- Every customer who registers/has an account at vapingdirect.com is automatically enrolled into the loyalty scheme and will begin accumulating Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’.
- The number of Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ you have accumulated can be checked within your account under ‘Loyalty Points’.
- Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ can be used alongside other offers and discounts, but the points you gain from the order relate to the end price you pay.
- You will be rewarded with 1 x 'Loyalty Points’ for every whole £1 that you spend in a single order (excluding postage fees).
- The redemption value of each Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ is 1p (one pence). These points can only be redeemed on future orders at vapingdirect.com.
- Vaping Direct reserves the right to amend the value of Vaping Direct 'Loyalty Points’ that you can accumulate as well as the redemption value of these points.
- Vaping Direct reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
