Do we make our E-Liquids?

Yes, we make our E-Liquids. We develop our own brands based on our understanding of the market and the consumer.

Do we stock E-Liquids that we don’t make?

On some occasions we do, but you can be assured that when we do they are from established producers that are known for their quality. We test all third party products and create close relationships with them. If we don’t love an E-Liquid it’s not going to hit our e-shelves.

I’m buying online, can I be confident about the quality?

Of course, we have a long history of creating white label products for well known UK retailers. We carefully create E-Liquids using high quality ingredients to exacting standards.

Are these the best prices?

Yes, because you’re buying from us, the manufacturer, we can offer the best prices possible for our E-Liquid products.

Is your payment provider secure?

What are delivery times?

We will pick and pack your order to you within 2 working days, we use a 48hr mail service. Please note we’ve spent a great deal of time selecting our mail partner but sometimes things go astray. If you have problems with your order please contact our team.

What is the VG/PG split on your E-Liquids?

It depends, each product description will highlight the split, our products range from a 50/50 and 70/30. If you are unsure about what you need, please contact us.

How are our E-Liquid products made?

With years of experience in the E-Liquid market we know what works and what doesn’t. We blend flavours and E-Liquids in our lab to develop new flavours, repeated testing with seasoned vapers ensures we create products that we know our customers will love.

Can vaping help me cut down on cigarettes?

Yes it can help, E-Liquids can contain nicotine. They can contain different strengths of nicotine. If you’ve previously been a heavy smoker, you may wish to start using an 18mg E-Liquid to help match your nicotine intake. You can gradually decrease the nicotine strength as you cut down on your usage or reliance.

Can I buy E-Liquids or vape if I’m under 18?

No, legally you are not able to and on a personal level we do not recommend you vape.

What is an e-cigarette?

It is an electrical device that vaporises E-Liquid allowing the user to inhale it. The vapour can contain nicotine, allowing the user to consume nicotine away from a cigarette. An e-cig is made up of three component parts; a rechargeable battery, a tank, and an atomizer. Together these elements allow users to vape, obtain nicotine and move away from cigarettes.

I’ve not vaped before, should I start?

We only recommend starting to vape if you are transitioning from cigarettes, if you have never smoked either
